The leasing office at The Stacks is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM. If you’re planning a visit or need help outside those hours, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Yes! The Stacks is a pet-friendly community, including The Byron, Everly, and Colette buildings. We love your furry friends, but please note that fees and some restrictions may apply for residents. Feel free to reach out to our team—we’re happy to help with the details!

Whether you're a resident or just visiting for an event, The Stacks makes parking easy and convenient. Residential Parking: Residents have access to secure underground parking at The Stacks Garage, located at 101 V Street SW, Washington, DC. You can enter from either 1st Street SW or 2nd Street SW. Monthly parking is available. Hourly & Event Parking: If you're heading to a game at Audi Field or Nationals Park, The Stacks Garage is a great choice. It opens two hours before events and closes one hour after they end. Payment is streamlined at entry to help reduce congestion when leaving.
Buzzard Point is easily accessible, whether you're commuting, exploring, or heading to an event. Here are some easy ways to get around: Metro Access: The Navy Yard–Ballpark Metro Station is the closest stop, just a short walk from Buzzard Point. It’s on the Green Line, making it easy to connect to other parts of DC. Capital Bikeshare: Prefer to bike? There are several Capital Bikeshare stations nearby, including: Potomac Ave SW & Half Street SW Half Street SW & Water Street SW 2nd & U Street James Creek Marina Uber & Rideshare: If you're using Uber or Lyft, the best drop-off address is: Everly at The Stacks, 2000 2nd Street SW, Washington, DC 20024 Exclusive Resident ONLY Shuttle
